This book will not offer you a magic recipe for the disappearance of pain, because simply, no such recipe exists. But we promise you something more valuable: you will not feel alone while you are within its pages.

No matter your age or what you are going through now, you will find a companion in our words, and you will touch in the stories of others a mirror that reflects something of your story. You may find in the recovery experiences of others what helps you start your own journey, or at least, you will realize that you are not the only one who suffered in silence. You will discover that this prison that pain and psychological traumas have created around you may ultimately hold a door, a door that opens towards the light of recovery, if you choose to step towards it.

Some events may hurt you, and your personal pains may be lessened with others. But in any case, we are here to learn together how to live with pain, not how to escape it. Because escaping from it does not save us, but facing it honestly is the beginning.

On this orange seat, we give you a safe space to release everything you have buried deep inside you. I wish you, from the bottom of my heart, that one day you will be able to express what you mastered keeping secret, and what you could not reveal one day… because I know this feeling well.
